Resolution #1: Lose Weight

I had reported earlier (last week) that I had gained 6.6 lbs at my WW weigh in. Well, today's number was a lot better - a loss of 3.2!!! Definitely have my inspiration back and willpower. I am going to focus on exercise (at least 30 minutes a day to begin) and resisting eating foods I know I shouldn't have.
