New Year's Resolutions

I don't like writing down resolutions that I may not keep. With that in mind, I want to put something down to strive for.

1) Lose some weight this year. Hoping for at least 25 pounds during the year, which I think is a conservative number and very doable.

2) Try to start and keep up an exercise program. Build it up gradually and try not to do too much.

3) Keep my diabetes, cholesterol and blood pressure all under control. Hoping that with the blood loss, that I can reduce some of the medications that I take.

4) Try to stay positive most of the time.
